KEVIN J. HIGGINS, SIOR - SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
Kevin is a seven-time National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Industrial Broker/Team of the Year award recipient.   Kevin was the President for the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), 2009 and 2004. He was also the President in 2003 for the local National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).  Kevin's experience includes over 25 years of marketing for the sale, lease, and investment of development projects and mixed use business parks. Kevin has been exposed to all phases of commercial real estate, including development, planning and marketing of business parks, acquisition and disposition of property, and representation of tenants, users, investors, and developers on a local, regional, and national level.

GARRETT TOFT – SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Garrett has experience in all aspects of commercial real estate including the planning, development, marketing and disposition of commercial developments.  Garrett also represents tenants, users, investors and developers in leasing, purchasing and selling of commercial buildings and land.   Garrett is an active member of the local National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). 

ERIC LARKIN – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
Eric is the newest member of the team. His primary focus is to "cold call" for potential tenants. We feel this is a must for our clients in the current market conditions.  Mr. Larkin came to Voit from Tower Realty where he sold and marketed both residential and commercial real estate products.
